A growing Non-Contentious Construction team is seeking a solicitor (NQ-5) to join their friendly, supportive environment in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work on a range of construction projects across the real estate, energy, transportation, and infrastructure sectors, both in the UK and internationally.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and leading on various construction transactions
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Contributing to team knowledge and business development

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified in Scotland or England, or working towards this
  • Experience with construction contracts or collateral warranties is preferred
  • Knowledge of UK real estate, energy, or infrastructure markets is beneficial but not essential
